You certainly sounded like Childers' defense lawyer.

Re: Our complaint against Childers

Dear Judge Riley,

We are amazed to find that Childers’ response to our charges followed almost exactly the line of questioning in your October 14, 2004 letter. In some parts of that letter, you certainly sounded like Childers’ lawyer.

As we read the Court of Judiciary’s letter on October 18, 2004 dismissing our charges against Judge Alissandratos, we found that Judge Stafford failed to even get our charges right and ignored many key charges. For instance, we never charged Alissandratos for ex parte communication regarding his “Bakers have been straight with the Court, so to speak…” statement. In fact, we pointed out that Alissandratos never met Bakers in face or on paper before. What we intended to show was there was an outright bias. Judge Stafford also chose to ignore key charges, which Alissandratos had no one to redo under oath testimonies to back him up, such as the ex parte Guardianship order, which was testified by Larry Parrish and reaffirmed in his “reopen proof” on the No Contact order. The list can go on.

We are not sure whether Judge Stafford’s above errors were due to his incompetence or other reasons. But we are determined to get things straight. There is no excuse for him to make such mistakes. This is America and no one is above the law.

Childers’ ruling has generated an outrage in the US legal community, dozens of national legal experts from prestigious institutions have written Amicus briefs from aspects of constitutional rights, legal ethics, standards of law, etc. They all condemn Childers’ ruling. Local legal experts from University of Memphis have also joined our fight against the injustice. The PRC government has written to the Tennessee Court to refute the falsehoods in Childers’ ruling. The US Department of Justice is investigating our complaint against Childers, and he will soon have to face the tough questions.

You once told Mr. Siegel that you are concerned about the reputation of the Court. Read our complaint, any reasonable person would believe there is substantial probability that Childers engaged in judicial misconduct. We believe by holding Childers liable for his misconduct will show to the world that unlike a tyranny the Court does have the mechanism of self-correction, and by doing so, the system can be great again. Our struggle against injustice will not end until we get our daughter back and justice is served.

Have a merry Christmas,
